SAKATA INX VIETNAM FACTORY EXTENSION PROJECT The first factory of Sakata Inx Vietnam Co., Ltd was built by Obayashi Vietnam Corporation at Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park, Thuan An District, Binh Duong Province in year 2006. With target of production of high quality inx products and friendly with environment, company’s products are more and more favourite in the market. For the purpose of meeting of an increasing production demand, Sakata Inx Vietnam Co., Ltd decide to invest in factory expansion. Once again, Obayashi Vietnam Corporation was awarded this project as the main contractor. The Ground Breaking Ceremony was celebrated on May 11th, 2010. Project is expected to complete and put in operation as schedule in December 2010. S.H.A NEW WAREHOUSE EXTENSION PROJECT One of the leading manufacturers majoring in machine and family equipment (air-conditioner, washing machine, refrigerator…) in the world. After nearly twenty years operating at Vietnam, Sanyo Ha Asean Corporation more and more demonstrate company’s own brand-name in the market. In order to satisfy production development demand, Sanyo Ha Asean once again nominates Obayashi Vietnam Corporation as the main contractor of “S.H.A New Warehouse Extension Project” at Bien Hoa II Industrial Park, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province. The Ground Breaking Ceremony of project was held successfully on May 07th, 2010 and expected to put the project into operation on September 15th, 2010 as schedule. The Ground Breaking Ceremony of Daiwa Plastics Thang Long Factory Project (Phase 3) At the beginning of setting-up the 1st manufacturing factory in Vietnam (since 1995) up to now, during 15-year establishment & development, Daiwa Plastics Company Limited has constantly put confidence in Obayashi Vietnam Corporation and appointed Obayashi as a designer and main contractor for all construction projects in Hochiminh City & Hanoi. On 25 November 2009, the truth has continued to be affirmed, the ground breaking ceremony of Daiwa Plastics Thang Long factory project (Phase 3) was held under the witness of both companies’ staff. It is a great honor for Obayashi Vietnam Corporation; we pledge to spare no effort to complete on 30 June 2010 as scheduled.
