Who Do You Think "Professional" As A Business Person?

A professional organization must have integration of professional managers, employees and management system.

Professional managers need to have plans for any works, they should know staff’s special ability in order to allocate staff in the most suitable position. Manager should encourage staff to complete duties, instruct them thoroughly, train them by their deep knowledge as well as experience, and supervise them whenever there is any problem to adjust properly to reach high effi ciency.

Professional  staffs  must  have  the  requisite  qualifi cations  and competencies,  understand  clearly  their  job  to  perform  effectively, always work with enthusiasm spirit and desire to contribute with full of confi dence for the assigned works, know how to cooperate with other colleagues for the best result, do not avoid responsibility, not excuse for any mistakes, and always cultivate knowledge as well as skills for future career path.
