Sport activities in Hochiminh

Starting from 14th November 2022, 02 activities has been organized weekly to help our staff relax after work:

 

Yoga class: There are 3 Yoga sessions per week, from 5:30 to 6:30 PM on Monday, Wednesday and Friday in Meeting room 3. Participants are instructed to do breathing and stretching exercises, as well as some yoga poses, which help improve flexibility, release stress and align posture.

Swimming club: With 20 members, the club is divided into 02 teams, and they can freely choose time to swim at Yet Kieu pool. This is a great activity to improve both physical and mental health, as well as team bonding.
