Research is essential to find out which resolutions better for productivity at work in each Department. All team members will bring their own experience and knowledge to support the peer-mentoring to learn about research together. What proposals are potential to apply to make company up?
Through its annual research team presentation in December in order to make improvement, each team will present their proposals for consideration to proceed. Researchers are often having meeting weekly or monthly to build the project and how to apply in future. Each team has 15 minutes for presentation and receive advice or suggestions from attendants, especially management board.
This year, after re-evaluated the current pandemic situation, we decided to finally hold the presentation conference online. Only the presenting team was allowed one by one to be in meeting room in Office. After Hanoi finished the presentation on 29 December, then all contents will be issued in book form.
We are entering 2022, the moment to make assessment of the year, to celebrate with our team, and prepare ourselves, to get rid of the tensions or any blockages of 2021 and revitalize to start fully for the year 2022.
